I purchased a Gold Membership for Campbellclanman seven days ago through One Stop Knife Shop - Order Number 79696. He's still unable to update his user group though. Any help in getting Duncan gold again would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys, it's been 11 days now, any idea when this'll go through, it's kind of soured the gift a little? I didn't get a reply to my PM yet. Appreciate the help.

Does anybody know when Magic Button Day (when manual transactions are processed) comes 'round again?

No, the only e-mail I received was a receipt for the transaction from One Stop Knife Shop.

Check your bank statment to see if th charge actually went through, if not then use a debit card. Very simple and very hassle free way to do this. I've bought memberships for people and I've not had any issues with th debit card or paypal for that matter.

I don't understand why there'd be a problem with the payment, but it seems strange that I received a receipt for the transaction, and didn't receive an e-mail alerting me to any problem. The only e-mails I've had from OSKS have been to add me to their mailing list, and subsequent e-mails from that list. I've checked my Trash and Spam folders, but can't find anything there. It's nearly midnight here, and I won't be able to check if the transaction went through until tomorrow.

International memberships can only be paid for with a credit card. Only thing I can think of is a key-stroke error. I'd like to give it another go, but it'd be good to see the e-mail, to see what the actual problem was.
 
I've just tried to pay for a Gold Membership again, but note that it now says this on the site: "Due to extreme levels of international credit card fraud, orders originating from or being delivered to addresses outside North America must be pre-paid with money order or wire transfer." Does this include purchasing a membership?!

I've still not received a reply to the PM I sent a week ago or any e-mails in relation to my order other than the original confirmation I received 2 weeks ago.

Just trying to gift another member a Gold Membership and support Bladeforums, but it's turned out to be considerably harder than I anticipated.

If anyone can advise me properly how I can do this I'll give it another try. Otherwise I'll just apologise to the member concerned and call it a day.
