Recommendation? Gifts for groomsmen?

DLT trading has the SAK Pioneer for $36 plus engraving on the less expensive side. Toward the top of your budget, either the Native 5 lightweight or Chaparral lightweight

The 2 knives I recommend for groomsmen gifts in your price range are the Kershaw Link and Kershaw Knockout. Both great knives, meet all your requirements, and even non knife folks seem to really like them. Plus you have some color options, and they engrave/laser great. If we can help at all let me know. We do a lot of these for weddings in our store and happy to work with you over the phone. Plus the engraving is free. Just send me a PM or an email to scott@usamadeblade.com

Hi all, I’m getting married in July and I was thinking I’d like to get my groomsmen a gift that somewhat represents myself. Being a knife nut, I instantly found a new excuse to buy a knife (naturally I’ll get one for myself too lol). That’s 7 knives total...
I’m looking for ideas that are between $50 and $100. I was leaning toward the WE knives budget line as I have a 617(I think that’s the model) and it’s great for the price. That being said, any blades made here in the USA is an instant bonus as I am a bit of a patriot too.
Here’s a few fairly leanient specifications I’m trying to stick to.
Folding knife
Locking blade
Something with belly (eg not tanto or wharnie)
Blade length between 3.25-4”

I thank you in advance for any ideas you might offer. And if you gave/got a knife as a wedding gift a story or maybe even a picture is most welcome.

I got married July 16. Congrats!!

Spyderco Delica or Endura. For under $100, could even go so far as the Manix 2 Lightweight or Native lines. Good luck with your decision!

Congrats BTW! I gave each of my groomsmen a Spyderco Dragonfly. Of course, this was 21 years ago. ;)

I’m not sure if you are stuck on the 3.75-4” blade length requirement. That seems a bit large for non knife nuts to carry, and even some knife nuts such as myself. I personally also feel groomsman gifts should be of the “gentlemanly” variety and other than a slip joint I don’t think a knife that large falls into the gentleman category. Again all of this is my opinion. I got married in October and all of my groomsman got a stainless Spyderco dragonfly, a fantastic budget gentleman blade IMO. Except for my best man whom I gave a Spyderco chaparral in raffir noble. Everyone seemed delighted with their gifts.

I’m getting married in May! I have two “best boyyz” and one groomsmang! None of them are knife guys either. I got them Spyderco Roadies with Ti Maverick Workshop beads. Pictured here is mine. I got them black Roadies with a slightly different bead.

Leatherman multi tool such as Micra, Wingman etc. USA made and more likely to be carried daily by non-knife people

Apparently my fiancé has two bridesmaids that can’t make it, so we’re only going with 5 knives now, might add some flexibility to my budget
Thank you everyone for the great ideas!
I know a Spyderco dealer, and he’s quite fond of my Microtech Halo 5 so I might be able to work out a trade or partial trade with him too. If not I think I will get in touch with whitty whitty and take him up on that free engraving!

I liked the Leek idea best I think. I had one, and carried it, for a while and liked it quite a bit. I believe you can tip up or tip down on it, and it's available in a variety with some fancier versions, well within your price range. Or just go with Spyderco as you just said. But don't trade a Halo V for them!

Haha
If I can keep my greedy mitts on my Halo I will!

I got married two years ago and really wanted to give knives but I also knew half of the wedding party would never use them. Instead I got some tuffwriter pens for the groomsmen and my new father in law and they loved them and still use them
