Gifts?

The twins wanted to get me something (they have got me a knife Every year for the last 8yrs) but I lost my job a week ago (big layoff in the coal fields) so I told them not to get me anything....we just enjoyed the day outside together!
 
Yep - good time spent w/the Fam is always the best (hand-written/drawn cards are the tops!!!)! Sorry to hear of layoff's in your area - i hope something opens up soon for you.
 
A cup of "fancy" coffee from my daughter, she works at a local version of Starbucks, a card from my son and an afternoon 15 mile bike ride with the family (tradition). It was a great day. I will have to agree that the best part is just setting aside time where we can spend together.
