What is the best tool or utility to use to sharpen both the serrated and flat portion of my knife!!!!
 
A buffer with a concentric sewn muslin wheel. Use green chrome for stainless and white rouge for carbon blades. You can get the serrated part of the blade razor sharp in seconds. Just be sure to keep the fingers of the hand not holding the knife about and behind the cutting edge. That way if you do good up you won't get cut.
