If you don't mind me saying so - that is a beautiful and functional looking blade. A great part of your lineup.

Is this knife forged? Could the blade be etched to show off the temper line?

Thanks Jeff. Yes, the blade is forged and triple edge quenched. A light pass of ferric chloride should bring the temper line out without trouble.

No kidding that puppy is sold! That's a gorgeous camp knife.

Giraffe bone is one of those materials that I've always wanted to try, it looks soooo nice!

Thanks for sharing,
Sean

I purchased this knife and it is a winner. The pictures get you salivating, you should see it in your hand ! I also purchased the first one with the box elder both great values.

Take care
Floyd

Hey Floyd or J., do you have any pics of this knife in the Box Elder? Would love to see it.

Thanks,
Sean

FWO.....that knife is beautiful! I have one camp style with ironwood and 5160 and J. does a great job with his heat-treating and you will love how the blade holds an edge and resharpens.
