Recommendation? Giraffe Bone Mnandi

A lot. Possibly the most for any Mnandi. So few of them have come up for sale though, I think only 5 or 6 over same number of years. It really is not an easy price to put out. Many are sold or traded privately.

As was said above, you have a valuable knife. Especially if it's mint and complete. Definitely near the top of the plain blade Mnandis. This was the only one I remember seeing publicly listed in the past few years, it was over 2 years ago. If I recall correctly, the price was around 1500-1700. The market for stuff like this is better than ever, and there won't be any more like it.

I have never seen one and didn’t even know they existed! Like Wolfe, I would love to see some pictures...

The inlay is rare(few made) , and if you want one with that inlay you have to pay up-huge supply/demand in-balance. As LW mentioned very few have come up for sale.

Besides the requested photo's I would be interested in hearing a little history on how the OP came into possession of it.

I will get some pictures up this evening.
I purchased mine through KnifeArt.com many years ago. Sadly my Ex-wife threw out the original box, birth-card and cleaning cloth. All I have is the knife and sheath.
If I recall correctly, the 50 of these that were made, were commissioned by KnifeArt as part of their 'Exclusive Series' on their site. Though I could be wrong about that.
