Hi everyone! I’m thinking if dipping my toe into Italian makers by custom ordering a knife from Giuseppe Galante. It sounds like many in this group would recommend his work. Any feedback on his fit and finish and functioning with use? Any feedback would be appreciated as I have no experience with his work.
