I am new here but I have a first grader who would love to have his first Kershaw. He eyes my collection constantly lol.

Great idea guys, there are WORSE things a kid could get into! Knife collecting is a great hobby!
 
Id like to nominate my cousin. He is 7, and after his dad passed away he really started looking up to me. I have gotten him into knives slowly with a classic buck 110, which should be everyone's first knife. And i think an upgrade to a kershaw would be a nice next step for him. Thanks for the opportunity, i would love to see the look on his face receiving a kershaw.
 
I have an 11 yo that is a new Boyscout he would love the knife.

I have always told my wife that keeping my son in the great outdoors would keep him out of trouble.... So far so good.... Asked for a knife for xmas for upcoming camping season.... Got him a remora... Great starting point.... Thanks for the chance

Thanks for this excellent giveaway!

I myself am fine (I'm actually on a Blur kick if anything), but I'd like to nominate my brother. I recently gave him a Shallot for X-mas and I gave him "the bug". Not as young as some of the other nominations in here, but he's still in HS. I lack the funds myself to kick start this new hobby of his, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
Thanks for the chance for my 6 1/2 year old son....he is also afflicted with his fathers passion for all things edged...although we dont live in the USA (i have a postal address there) i would gladly pay postage etc if lucky enough to win....heres a pic of him with his 1960,s Olsen deer knife....

I would love to give one to my daughter. She just turned four in October, but she sits at the computer with me when I am here on BF to look at the pictures. She is always trying to do what daddy is and this would be an awesome way to accept her into the community. I love to teach her anything and she is already making my wife twitch with "Daddy is going to take me hunting with him!" ;) :D Thanks for the opportunity! Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!
 
Very nice giveaway, I love the idea. I would like to nominate my nephew who has been wanting my Kershaw Compund since the first day I got it lol but he is only 7 years old so I had to say no to him a couple of times for safety reasons. I offered him my Boker Subcom but he only wants the Compund lol so actually I planned to give it to him soon, since he is a very good kid and I really doubt he would do anything bad with it, but the scallion would be a much better option. And, the 2nd person drawn is jhyde7585!! Congratulations!! Your buddies twin brothers are gonna be happy campers this New Year because what I've decided to do is give both of them a Kershaw. I have 3 Scallions, and only need one. I have two reds, and one blue.

So, Here's what we're gonna do. JNieporte's niece is gonna be given the Leak from Morrow. And, jhyde7585's buddies twin brothers will be getting a Scallion for each of them.
