thanks duncan but i usually give knives so do'nt include me. i believe the knife is a celluloid handle with the earlier very decent carbon steel . this scale material does'nt seem to degrade as some buckcreek & eye brand celluloid from the early 80s. thanks for showing since that's the 1st time i've seen that particular buckcreek.--dennis

Thank you for that Dennis, maybe my quick test of malt vinegar wasnt quite correct , the blades just dont look Stainless...but I just couldnt tell, so thank you very much for clearing that up...even better for the winner :thumbup:
As said earlier...I like the knife...and I hope the winner does as much...that would be great!
