Give Away Time

Thanks for the chance, those Case Slims look awesome!
I have also donated to KBA's St. Jude's page, thanks for mentioning that here! Thanks for the generosity!

Well MrKnife here goes!

I have been a member for some time here on the forums, although I have not posted alot to show! I have had many many people in my family fight cancer, some won, some lost. It seems that lung and breast cancer gets people. I have donated generously to cancer research as well as to cancer patients and given lots of my time to make theirs better. I am working and well on my way for eagle scout. Right now I am a Star scout and have one more merit badge to hit Life scout.
I have great passion for knives and especially love traditionals. Trust me, I USE knives, when they are in my hands I use them like a tool, but take care of them in the process.
Thanks and best of luck to you and thanks for the giveaway! Oh yeah, thing I used my knife today was to cut the remnents of a bow line from a prop.

Best, Steven (AKA Bergermeister)

Too new here to participate, but want to share anyway and think these giveaways are very cool!

I used my knife to open some Cool Whip for pumpkin pie, to cut some fishing line for hanging Christmas lights, to open packages (one with a knife in it), to separate and strip some electrical insulation.

House is decorated!

Assuming I'm considered established enough around these parts, I'd appreciate being in on this generous giveaway! I'm also participating in KBA's St. Jude giveaway and was glad to donate for that.

Oops, I forgot the how I used my knife part. Last night I used it to open a bunch of mail and packages that had piled up while we were out of town for Thanksgiving.

Not an entry, but thanks for hosting this Gaw!
I remember seeing my first giveaway on this web sight and being shocked that someone would just giveaway a decent knife to a total stranger. Little did I know how frequent this sort of thing happened here. This is the most generous corner of the Internet, that's for sure!

I used me Chaves/Stout Megalodon to cut beverage and gas hose for my homebrew keggerator setup in my garage!

Very generous GAW!! I'm in [emoji2]

Thanks for the generosity - I'm just starting to get in to traditionals, and would love to have the chance to try out some more designs!

This is very kind. I am IN! :)

I just finished using my knife to cut up some chicken breast to put in my salad :)

Not an entry, but like many of you here I would just like to say thank you for hosting this awesome giveaway. I have met a lot of great people on here who share the same passion for knives as I do and I am still moved by the amount of generosity some of you have shown. Good luck everyone!

I'm in, thanks for the GAW. I did donate on the other post, and donated to St Jude's Home Giveaway this summer. I used my Spyderco Resilience to modify my guinea pig cage today. I had to create a fabric liner for it because the pine chips were falling out of the sides, so besides cutting the fabric, I had to trim about 100 zip ties. Of course, I was careless on the last one, and sustained a pretty nasty cut on the top of my hand, but at least I learned a good lesson lol.

I'm in and if I win please give whatever I won to a randomly selected moderator, they deserve it. Thanks.

I'm in!

1. Pretty sure I'm established here.

2. My knives are used daily for barn chores (opening bales of hay, slicing boxes, cutting apples, breaking up pills for horses, etc.), opening mail, stripping wire, and riding in the pocket looking for things to cut.

3. I would very much like to present a traditional to my nephew who is coming into knife-owning age as he approaches eleven years old.

4. I will recommend to my wife that we add St. Jude's to our charitable giving roster. They are a well established and respected foundation.

Not an entry as I have been very lucky with GAWs lately, but I think this is great and you are a scholar and a gentleman : )
