shipping to canada is best done with USPS (not fedex or USP, they charge ridiculous brokerage fees) It's a pretty conservative folder so there should be no issues, but border agents will try to flick the blade open with a snap of the wrist, so if you could tighten the pivots down a bit that would be best.
