Hard use + smooth/no guard transition between handle and blade... sounds like an accident waiting to happen!Oh man !! I get to suggest a favorite!! Yes !!
Spyderco swayback.![]()
We said. That's great input.Hard use + smooth/no guard transition between handle and blade... sounds like an accident waiting to happen!
Any option with more sculpted scales (for a better grip) might be safer to use.

I Disagree, it’s phenomenal in use.Hard use + smooth/no guard transition between handle and blade... sounds like an accident waiting to happen!

Is it an optical illusion, or is the tip funky on that Insingo?I agree with the CRK choice, but you'll still need to decide on which blade/handle combination. To help with that, here are comparisons between a few, Umnumzaan tanto, Inkosi tanto, and Sebenza insingo. The Umnumzaan tanto has a bit of a swedge and a slightly thinner blade than the Inkosi. The Sebenza insingo has more of a swedge/taper towards the tip if you need a finer point (or you could do the drop point version). Of these three, the Inkosi tanto has the thickest blade and is thicker further towards the tip. The tanto shape also provides a bit of a chisel tip if you need that. All three of these are Magnacut. If you prefer, you can also get the PJ (plain jane) version without the inlays for the Inkosi and Sebenza.

It's illusion. It's partly the lighting and partly the lens. If you notice the left and right both appear to bend slightly. The tips of all of them are straight. Is it an optical illusion, or is the tip bent on that Insingo?
I'd be thinking something more along the lines of Medford, Midgards Messer or PMP.I heard somebody with no budget cap is looking for a framelock prybar..??
