Winner announced post #3, please reach out to me!

I just wanted to wish all forumites peace and prosperity and a Happy New Year!

Just indicate that you're in and that is your entry. Share a pic of your budget edc, daily edc or forever knife for fun! And try to pay it forward in your life if you can!

Well shoot chu that's very kind of you. I just recently won a GAW so ill sit this one out, but the sentiment is awesome!

Time... never enough of it so spend it wisely :D

Happy new year!

Thanks for the generous giveaway, I'm in 👍
Since that Mora is a carbon steel models here's my carbon steel budget edc combo
( these imperials were the ultimate budget knife back in the day, and weren't expensive when I got them )
I've actually never owned a Mora, so this would be awesome.
BTW here's my favorite budget watch ( has some value though )

It's a 1980's Casio ae30w with the only band I had laying around that fit it.

Very generous cchu but since I'm in the process of thinning the knife herd myself, I will pass. But thank you for the kind gesture!

I'm in and I have the same Imperial Barlow.

Mine was a gift early this year from r8shell over on the porch, and I absolutely love it.
It's nice and lightweight, The blades have zero blade play, they're very thin and slicey, and they take a wicked edge in no time at all.
It's not built like a tank, but it will perform better than probably 75% or more of the modern thick bladed folders made today.
I have always considered the imperials and colonials to be the peasants knives of america , as they're cheap and simple, but still have the quality to do the work they were made to do.

This is very kind of you :)
I'm in.
My favorite. I'm not getting rid of this companion.
Rat Worx mini MRX

Gun giveaway. I've never owned a Mora or Scandi grind for that matter.

These two knives are from my grandpa. Long gone. My dad remembers butchering their own animals with them. He saved them for me.

I really appreciate budget beaters! This was my last knife purchase if 2016

The chisel grind and 8CRMov13 steel makes for a super sharp all arounder, good for yard work.

This is not an entry!
I just want to say that is very generous and I love my Mora companion which was from the pay it forward thread I was part of. Here it is, always in my bag or paired with my folder in the yard.

I want to say first, thank you for being so generous. This is an entry.

That's a pretty cool combo right there!

I just spent a few minutes touching up the mora, raising a burr and removing. It has been sharpened to a medium grit and is shaving hairs. What's nice about moras is that it doesn't take a whole lot of effort to get the working edges back into ship shape! The rubber grips are hand filling as well.

I'm in. My daughter is leaving for college and could use the Mora in her 72 hour kit. The watch I will keep for myself.

Very kind of you to offer this. Thanks.

Since I am new here, and I have been blessed with much generosity this year, I do not wish to enter. I do want to thank you. This is quite cool on your part, sir.
