I met a lady who did teddy bear rescue. She would get used teddy bears and rehabilitate and restore them. The guys then would go to the local police department and hide in the trunks of patrol cars. Officers could then give them to kids as a comfort aid when they responded to calls.

I'll trade you the knife for a teddy bear.
