Giving Knifemaking a Break (APRIL FOOLS!!!!)

I'm not sure why you would go from Titanium to 440A. Wouldn't this be a downgrade?

with all the April Fool's action on BF today.
i think i need to log off today.

i'm afraid i'll take all the stoopid stuff people do at my work as pranks, only to find out tomorrow they were serious.

lmao! that's awesome...

yeah when I saw the "googleknife" name at the top I decided to get silly here too... :D

Hey Daniel, lets see a full size image of what your avatar is from :)

Not yet! :D

It's not 440a, I'll say that! :p

Do you back all your work??

Bigtime!

I was just being silly for April Fools! And no offense to anyone who uses 440a, you never see it around so I thought that was safe territory, lol.

Titanium is here to stay!

I was in the shop/working on knives from 8-8 yesterday too! :D

One of my favorite production knives is 440a, seriously. I've thought about selling it too, but though $60 might be a bit high. The good ol' Buck 315 Yachtsmen. Made by Camillus, and with a 40* 320 grit edge actually works reasonably well. Far more efficient than my teeth.
