Giving the gift of keeping the giving going... GAW

Very generous of you.
I'm out. I like at least two blades on/in my pocket knife, so I'd probably rarely to never carry it either.
 
Well, I'm glad I didn't close this down earlier, there were some real nice entries. As soon as I have some time I'll wrap this one up. But until then the GAW is still going.

Thank you Jon and thank you Bart for sending it my way, but I guess congratulations should go to Jeff, black mamba black mamba . When I entered initially I offered it to go to him if I won. With all the generous people sending knives to others if they won I may have to ask my daughter, with her accounting background, to put it on a spreadsheet so we really know who gets the knife??🤣

it ain't over yet. Abbydaddy proposed another scenario and the stag World's Fair knife is going to . . .
well, I'll let him explain it. What a great, giving place the porch is!!
 
As black mamba black mamba has hinted, the stag World's Fair knife is not actually going to him. Thanks to the generosity of 315 315 , I had a knife that I suspected I could tempt him with (I'll let Jeff share that knife if he chooses, when it gets to him). And that meant that I could take the opportunity to give the World's Fair knife to someone who actually attended that event! Jody744 Jody744 attended the fair as a boy, and had entered in the original L leghog GAW where I won the popcorn stag knife. I thought it would be a little extra meaningful to get that knife into Jody's hands, and Jeff agreed to accept an alternate knife to make that happen.

And I am very happy with how this all turned out.

Unfortunately, we had a bit of a snowpocalypse here in the Willamette Valley, and it will probably be a few days before I can get the knives mailed off. But I have everyone's addresses, and the knives will be sent off as soon as possible.
