Figuring some folks over your way can still use a bit of help. It's not much. Or use it to buy supplies since I know the guys around here are wanting to see more of your work.

I received my Khukuri from Gurkhaknives a few weeks ago but only got to use it today. The trail to my waterbox has a section about 250 yards that is completely overgrown with brush up to 10 feet tall. I have never had a chopper slice through this brush so easily and my others are all custom and cost about 5x as much. When done i was wiping the blade dry on the thigh of my wool work pants. Made a slight slicing move and cut right through the wool and my skin (not serious); i.e. the edge is still shaving sharp.
Super good knife and super good deal for the buyer. GK you should up your prices. Your knives deserve quite a bit more $$.

Thanks for the praise KJ . It makes me very happy to know that my customers are happy with my knives. As for the cost, since I have no overhead, I can keep my cost low. I like to make my khuks affordable to everyone. I might have to raise a price little bit. After the earthquake price of wood and steel have gone up. I am glad that you liked the khuk.
Thanks.
