Been away from the forum for a while while I work on the craft. Actually been selling quite a bit via Face Book on the Mongrel Knives page but this is where I started and truthfully most comfortable with the people here. So I am putting up this one tonight and another tomorrow.
The Specifics : Gladius Dagger
Total length is 8.5 inches the cutting edge in front of the choils is 4 inches, in front of the scales 4.5 inches. Scales are made from American Black Walnut, pins from 416. Mirror finish on the blade and very sharp. I miss-stamped the blade where it says CPM-154-CM and the bevel is off just a little. If you look carefully in the images you can see it. Lots of family stuff going on right now. So I will be selling this as a second. Nothing wrong with the knife just not perfect.
Specifics: Sheathd
The Sheath is made by me out of .080 Black Kydex. It is made to be worn between the belt and the pants either in the vertical presentation or behind the back in a modified scout carry. Or if you know how to rig it, it is set up for and can be worn point up under the arm. The retention is strong enough that it will stay put.
