Glennbad is a baaaad man

Beautiful work, Glenn!

I hope you do get the Ivory one - all are sweet, that one does stand out in a crowd!

Projects have been a little slow, I have been fighting a respiratory thing that has been making me feel lousy for some weeks now. I am just starting to feel well.

Here's a fun one I just finished. The customer wanted to replace the jacked-up covers. Also, the main had very little snap. I gave it a decent cleaning inside, but left the honest age and use on it. The new covers are smooth amber. They go well with the knife. I was able to get some life back in the main also. Here's some pics...

That Amber is really gorgeous Glenn! nice work. Sorry to hear about your illness, though glad to hear you're on the mend.

Not sure if I had shared these before. Finished these awhile back. 2 of the same knife, with slightly different mods, but both in ivory.

Here's a new TL-29 mod. Interior Rams Horn, modified screwdriver blade, added caps, EO notch, shield, threading.

Beautiful work, Glenn! I love the one with the lanyard hole and that old craftsman is a work of art.

Oh my! The one with the lanyard hole is something special! Beautiful work, Glennbad.

This one I did here, the person didn't like the finished look. He wanted something different, so he decided on some Wenge. Very grainy and porous, but it makes for an interesting look.

Thanks, those were fun to work on!

This one is just fantastic. Glenn!!!

Thanks, I didn't think it was going to look good when I was asked to use the Wenge and leave the pores open. I also used a satin finish on everything, which helped the look. I wish I had taken better pics of it.

I know at first sight, this appears to be a GEC single clip 15, and that is the point. When I sent it to Glenn it was a 15 Farmboy spey/clip combo. He transformed it into a single blade, preserving the beautiful red bone covers. F/F is fantastic and I do believe that even the fine folks at GEC would swear it left the factory as a single blade. Thanks again, Glenn!

Here's a few I finished recently. This one is a Case that had nice worn bone covers, however, they were in rough shape. Picked something a little different for the mod.

This other was a nice old Remington whittler. It had great bone on the mark side, but was missing the entire cover on the pile side. I chose this great amber gunstock jig bone.

Some of these I am sorry to see go, this Remi was one of them.

Outstanding work as always, Glenn! I can sympathize with the pangs you must have felt shipping that Remington off. The Case is outstanding as well, the best of funky new pants and that classic old Case carbon steel.
