Up for sale is this Global G-2 8" (20 cm) Chef's Knife. I bought this a while back, but have only used it 2, maybe 3 times, and only to cut produce (garlic, tomatoes, etc.) on a soft wood cutting board. Edge is still factory sharp, I've never steeled, stropped it or sharpened it in any way. The few times I used it, I washed and dried it carefully by hand. There are one or two small scratches on the blade (see third photo below), but other than that the knife is like new. It is one-piece Cromova 18 Stainless Steel, and is well-balanced and light weight. It's a stellar slicer, but just doesn't fit my hand quite right, so I've decided to sell it.
