SIG and HK are good guns. However, the SIG bore axis is signficantly higher than the Glock, which brings more muzzle rise and HK triggers feel horrible, to me. Kinda like it's been dunked in greasy sand. I have not tried the newer trigger modules, yet, so there may be improvement there.
With deals like the OP listed coming up more frequently, anyone wanting a good, reliable, accurate gun for back-up, long term storage or just to have around, Glocks can be had for much lower cost than SIG, HK or 1911's and with ammo prices like they have been the last several months, Glock has the advantage.
