wow. i bought an 806d2 from Dann (glockman99). after sending payment, the knife was in my hands in less than 48 hours!! that's just about as fast as it gets. the knife is in terrific condition, just as described. Dann was polite, professional, and all-around cool to deal with. i know much praise has been given in the past, and i'm pleased to add my own. if Dann's selling, you oughta be buying. simple. thanks, glockman99!

Abe...You're welcome!, and I should mention that I appreciate that you sent payment quickly.:).

Actually, it helps that we are both here on the West Coast, as that did make delivery pretty quick and sure.

yeah, i was crossing my fingers that it would arrive today, so i didn't have to wait until Tuesday (since Monday's a holiday). whew.

Dann, decided that you can't keep away from your 805 ;) ?
Exactly. I have 3 of the 805, and I just can't warm-up to a black blade that has a hole in it (806D2)...I'm more of a "satin blade with dual thumb-studs" kind of guy.:).

This darn MLK Day Holiday tomorrow is killing me, because (from the USPS Delivery Confirmation "tracking") I see that I have a couple of items due to arrive here in Aberdeen tomorrow that I have traded for/bought (a watch & a "police/fire" scanner), but I won't be able to get 'em 'till Tuesday...:(.

I still think Glockman is a wierd looking old guy...
Honestly, this IS me in my avatar...The picture is a couple years old, but I'm told that I don't look anywhere near my 50 years.:).

Steven,

I've never seen a M2 805 with walnut inlay, but I don't think I'd care for one, as I'm pretty much stuck on plain old black G-10 scales.
