*** All Sold - Thanks! ****
Hi Blade Forums!
Selling off a few to fund some other "stuff". First unconditional "I'll take it" posted here or by PM gets it. I'm open to reasonable offers, but an "I'll take it" at asking price trumps all open offers.
Prices include PayPal fees and USPS priority shipping in the USA. Insurance is optional and at your expense. Please look carefully at the photo's; this is exactly what is being offered - no more, no less! Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
1. MCUSTA MC-0055D. Super sexy and unusually heavy for its size. These are very scarce. The scales are layers of copper, steel and brass. Damascus clad VG-10 blade. Never carried, nearly new, with box, card and original sales receipt. There are several light - hairline - scuffs on the handle and pocket clip. It looks to be box wear and nothing more. I have several of the Mcusta Gentleman's series, and they all came like this. Also, the blade is off center towards the non locking side, although it does not touch. For whatever reason, all of my Mcusta's are exactly the same in this regard as well. Asking $180.00 Sold!
2. ZT / Zero Tolerance 0561 - Converted into a non flipper! It started as a plain-jane, bran-spankin-new ZT0561. I carried it around the house and decided I didn't like the flipper - it stuck out too far and would catch on the edge of my pocket. So, I ground about half of it away.
Then, I decided I didn't like the flipper at all, so I removed it completely. MUCH better!
Then, I put the glow scale on - I can't remember who made it (not Kryptoglow!), although it glows insanely bright (original scale is included). I also added a slight relief to the scale for a better purchase on the thumb stud. In the photo's, you can see all of the little pores in the material the scale is made from. It doesn't bother me, but it is what it is.
The screws have been satin polished because I'm not a fan of black hardware.
The lock wasn't very secure feeling, so I carbidized the lock bar face.
And, the edge has a screaming sharp mirrored convex profile now.
Lubed with flourinated grease - the action is smooth and crisp, solid lockup and no play in any directon. Funny enough, I've never used it for anything, just carried around the house. I just can't seem to warm up to the ergo's, so I'm letting it go. If you've wanted a cheap copy of a non-flipper Hinderer, here's your chance. Includes box, bubble wrap, literature as new. Asking $200.00 Sold!
3. CRKT Ripple - I acquired this in a trade, but just don't like it. I have never carried or used it, although the prior owner likely did (lightly). The edge is original, although not terribly sharp. There are a few very light hairline scratches in the satin finish of the blade, which can be seen on the photo's. Includes box, baggie & literature. I'm asking $65 for this one. Sold!
