The facial portrait is of a baboon species known as the mandrill (Mandrillus sphinx) of western Africa. Possibly the same animal as in the first pic.
Perhaps my little jibe would have been more obvious if the leading photo had been of the north end of a south bound horse. Apparently some folks find false start cues more amusing than I do at this hour. Pete
 
Actually, that's a Mandrill, the largest species of monkey. I've always thought they were cool looking (the face, anyway).

They used to be considered a member of the baboon family, but no longer.

Actually, if you guys got Primate weekly like I do, you'd know that all baboons are now classifed as monkeys, and the Ash1's are all sold out. Oh also, FBM's are now at the Company Store.
