Some newbies wander in, interested in Busse knives, and when they learn about or see a 'Ganza, they go "WTF?!?!, why can't I just order a knife?" And then when we explain that Busse ain't like a normal web store, that you can't just order what you want, when you want, they just mutter and complain and walk away.
