• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Go Large--The BF Big Folder Thread

I took a couple group shots of some of my large Benchmades yesterday after a bit of back and forth with ferider ferider over at the EDC thread yesterday concerning one of my AFCKs and that maker's knives in general. This seems the most appropriate place for at least one of those, though I may break with my usual custom and post the same pics in multiple threads today.

Anyway, this shot is representative of my big BMKs, but not all of 'em, as I have a couple other AFCK's plus a TSEK, two other 710's, and have bought and sold or gifted 2 or 3 of the latter. The 610 is my largest of those with its 4.25" blade, rivaled only by a few of my Russians plus a couple Olamics; the 710, Crooked River, and 806-1101 are all almost exactly 4"; and the Adamas falls just sort of the criterion set in the OP here, but if it's big enough for Z Zephyr One/Zero it's big enough for me. The lesser of the two Rukus knives, the 615 is definitely a mid-size piece, though definitely not Mini, and is included only because it brackets the pic nicely and I can't seem to get one out without the other.
