Cool looking knife. I don't know what's its good for besides looking cool, but I like it.

Good sir, if you have ever used a machete, you know that most of the designs you seem to like are awful at the things you say you want to use them for. Short and sweet, either focus on practical or focus on aesthetics. No point in spending a lot of money on a wallhanger, and definitely no point in using some crazy spiky fantasy design as a real tool. And based on that, unless you commission a custom, likely no one is going to make something like that for actual use. Maybe you should consolidate all your threads into one "fantasy knife wishlist" instead of making one for each knife. Not trying to be offensive or anything, but people here usually focus on the practical applications of their knives, cool looking designs notwithstanding.

Well, it does look like a real b*%ch to sharpen. Otherwise, not much else I can say.....

1.) I do not think this is a fantasy knife. 2.) Yes, I know how I can be when it comes to these knives and I jave been a little rude. 3.) It just seems like a boxy kukri to me and the finger groove at the bottom infers the same job as a kukri. 4.) I probably do post a lot of different threads, but that is just because I am curious. 5.) I just wanted to kniw if there were any cheap knock-offs, not actually using it. I am sorry if I have offended the community of this forum.

yeah I was curious why Szabo said that was what it was based on.

Rectangular blades? That's about the only similarity. Otherwise the knife is just pure fantasy, the two subtips from the forward recurve would probably make it impossible to cut things with. That big choil is probably just there to make it easier to sharpen the blade, given the huge guard right before it.

Thanks for posting niner.
Seems like someone's always on the lookout for noobs to hammer.
Or self appointed mods on the prowl for threads that they don't deem worthy.
Truth is, I need to be reminded of this myself from time to time.

I think we all do.....

Some people just can't be nice. Ignore our 'friend' above. I think I clarified his problem.

Not sure if this was directed towards me but I was a bit of an idiot and a little immature my first few days on here, (still a noob). Great post though.

Nope....it was for every one else, it's seems like you've got a lot crap in most of your threads. Just trying to be a mod for a minute lol

Wow, you guys are awfully anal and touchy, eh? Nowhere was I rude in my post, and I included some useful information, unlike yourself. I'm trying to elevate the guy's understanding of what makes a good knife, and what makes a poor knife. Go be butthurt somewhere else, please, as your response is pretty immature given the civility of my original post. Thanks.;)

Criticism does not always work... it's called constructive criticism... i'm backing niner.
