Is the going gear store in Smyrna open?
Need gear for this afternoons adventure

Store Location

Our new store is located at:

4480 S Cobb Dr Ste U
Smyrna, GA 30080

The sign is still being made, so look for the one store without a sign in the Publix shopping center, next to Great Clips.

Store hours:
Mon-Sat 10-7
Sun 12-5

Yep, I went by earlier this week. Storl and the gang are working hard to fill it up with quality gear. They have a huge pick-it-up-turn-it-on display of flashlights. No store signage as of Tuesday, I recall they are a couple of doors down from a bike shop. There is an LED open sign in the window and a Klean Kanteen display is readily visible through the window.

It was open! The phone message said it was not opened but after a couple tries he answered. They are still stocking shelves. Really neat layout on flashlights. He has some good gear! They will be carrying Kabar, Rat, and Condor knives soon!
 
I'm going to try and go by next week some time. Don't really need anything at the moment, but I wouldn't hurt to say hi.
 
I didn't need anything but left with a striker, mini fire steel, and a Fenix light. One of my kids also bought a light. I'll be back.

i am glad the store is getting up and going. very good people there. but i am sad they aren't coming to the indy gun shows anymore.
 
Me & my buddy went by there sat. & the folks are very nice & the store is also. they have a good selection of gear & flashlights & a great selection of ferro rods. I will be going back soon (payday) for sure !!!!
 
I have an uncle in Canton. I need to go pay him a visit.

I just got this email minutes ago....

The Store is Open!

I mentioned our new store in the last email, but it was not open for business at the time. It is now. We will be open Mon - Sat 10 - 7 and Sun 12 - 5. Stop by if you are in the area and want to see the largest flashlight display around, not to mention the firestarting tools, packs, paracord, and much more. New merchandise is arriving daily.

Yeah, come visit! I don't have anything in the windows yet to bring in the drive by customers, so it's boring here.

Storl,

I just got word that I have a business trip to Kennesaw, GA coming up. I checked and I'll be about 25 miles from the store. I'll try to swing by for a visit.

I probably won't ever make to the store, but the online store is awesome! If I ever make it to GA, I'll definitely stop by.
