Going to Israel

I will be traveling to Israel this Sunday for a 10 day trip. Are there any cool spots to find knives to purchase? Also, if I were to purchase a knife in Israel (I want a Dustar) am I able to bring it back into the US if I pack it with my luggage?

i have traveled to morocco many times with a knife. in my check in. i have never had a problem coming back home through IAD airport. better check local laws. dont know about israeli side of things. by the way knives are illegal in morocco as i found out later on through ignorance of the law. i had no idea that a pocket knife would be considered a weapon. i didnt get in trouble or anything i just didnt carry outside the house once i found out.
