Going to Toronot - Knife laws/places to visit

I'm heading up north next week to Toronto. What's the story with regards to knife carry? I'd like to take my plain-edge Spyderco Viele. Also, any good knife shops or other "areas of interest

There will be no problem with the knife. Our laws seem to be quite open to interpretation and intent is very important. If you don't hassle anyone you will not get into legal trouble...but then I am not a solicitor (Cdn for one type of lawyer.

I would suggest you get in touch with George Tichbourne (www.tichbourneknives.com) since he has a shop in the Toronto area and has welcomed visitors before.
