gold membership, can't post in sale section

Need some help here from the forum mods, purchased the gold membership last week and for some reason cannot post a new thread in the sale section. Worked fine the first week and i was able to post a new thread, but now it won't let me. Any ideas?
 
Purchased the gold membership a week ago and now all of a sudden I cant post in the sale section and the gold member banner isn't by my user name. Still have the email confirmation of my purchase, any help here?
 
Most likely the OP paid for the gold membership but forgot to activate or link it to his/her profile (not sure if these are the correct tech terms to describe the situation).

The mods have nothing to do with the finances of this site. Only Spark, the owner and admin, can address payment issues. And bhyde has already sent him an alert.

How exactly do I go about doing this? Worked fine when i bought the gold membership and was able to post in the sale section, but for some reason it seems my membership is gone
 
That doesn’t apply since the site software was changed. The owner has been notified above.
