Gold Membership Issue

A few days ago I renewed my Gold membership, received a confirmation email that it had been paid for, but I am still unable to change my membership status and am therefore not allowed to post in the for sale threads etc.

I tried the "contact us" link and sent a message and have have also tried to get into contact with a couple mods but I have heard no response.

Can someone able to help me out with this PLEASE do so? It would be much appreciated.
 
Can you post your confirmation number and maybe the date of the purchase here so Spark Spark can get you taken care of when he gets back?

Sure thing, it's 9FV19766VD542233C, purchase date was 12/17/2017. Thanks for your help bhyde! Hopefully I can get this sorted out sooner than later.

Huh, that's odd, i've only ever had and used one Paypal account. But regardless, thanks Spark! I really appreciate it.
