This is easy. You need to do this yourself.
On the blue bar near the top of the page that says
USER CP / Community / Calendar / New Posts etc.,
Click on the USER CP letters.
Look to the left hand side of the columns that open up; read down to the Networking section. Click on Group Memberships.
If you have paid up and BF has registered your payment you will be able to click on the GOLD MEMBERSHIP button.
That will do it.
