Do I just wait until it expires (tomorrow) to renew it? I dont see any option to do it now. Thanks
 
I tried the link that was graciously provided me, but it defaults straight to PayPal, who then reminds I'm persona non grata. 😂 There is no avenue shown on the page for alternate/credit card payment.

When it goes to PayPal, you aren't seeing an option to use a credit card as a "guest" without logging in? I know I've done it that way in the past.
