Except you can only upgrade that way. There's no link (that I have found) to renew at present membership level.

I tried the link that was graciously provided me, but it defaults straight to PayPal, who then reminds I'm persona non grata.

When it goes to PayPal, you aren't seeing an option to use a credit card as a "guest" without logging in? I know I've done it that way in the past.I tried the link that was graciously provided me, but it defaults straight to PayPal, who then reminds I'm persona non grata.
