Up for sale is another Petit Gyuto. This one has a clipped point and some awesome honey colored Desert Ironwood.
This is the same model I made for myself in my kitchen and it is a great size for just about every task.
The profile gives lots of knuckle clearance. The rounded/polished spine and choil is very comfortable in a pinch grip as well. The pins are my signature hybrid copper/carbon fiber.
