I'm going camping at the end of the week at a rally for military vehicle collectors in NH. I and a bunch of other guys are bringing out Ural sidecar rigs, which are not quite military vehicles, but close enough. Since it is an old school event with old school machinery, I'm going to try to bring a simple, traditional knife. Maybe my Nessmuck for food prep and a SAK for my pocket.

That sounds like a great combo. If you brought along a nice old bayonet for food prep I am sure that would go over well.
I love Victorinox Knives and find them really useful. I usually keep one in pocket during yard chores. I also keep a couple in various places around the house. A drawer in the bathroom, drawer in the kitchen and in the beer fridge in the garage just to name a few places. Sorry to add a ton of pics. I added G10 to some.
