I have literally had this for two days, and carried it for about half a day, and I think I cut one box open with it. Everything is as new. I found the handle shape to be very comfortable to hold, I think it’s just a little bigger than I see myself ever carrying very much.

I would be interested in trading for G-10 handled Para 3’s, Possibly Manix 2’s, again with the G-10 scales, would also be interested in a multiple knife trade to equal things out. I would also have interest in quality folders (no Automatics) the worst I can do is say no thank you.

Here is the information from Blade HQ, below that is a single picture, and below that a link to an album with a few more pictures.

Features:

Satin-finished sheepsfoot blade made from LC200N stainless steel.
Ambidextrous thumb hole opener.

Titanium handle scales.

Secure frame lock.

Reversible pocket clip and oversized lanyard hole.

Description:

Based on custom knifemaker Marcin Slysz's design, the SpydieChef applies the user friendly ergonomics of a good chef's knife to a multi-purpose everyday carry folder. The gracefully curved blade offers a broad profile and a full-flat grind. It's made from LC200N steel, an ultra-corrosion resistant, nitrogen based steel that was developed by NASA. The handle consists of two titanium scales, outfitted with a Reeve Integral Frame Lock. A reversible deep-carry pocket clip adds a nice finishing touch to the design. This SpydieChef model has a satin finished blade and a gray titanium handle.

Features

LC200 N blade steel provides extreme corrosion resistance and a versatile blade profile.

Titanium frame lock handle comes equipped with Reeve Integral Lock (R.I.L.) mechanism.

Reversible deep-carry pocket clip and a barrel lined lanyard hole offer comfortable everyday carry.

Open backed handle design is lightweight and easy to keep clean.

I am interested… but gulping at the price. Is this the CQI version and would you accept $200 shipped? I saw one on this forum that recently sold for $175.
Thanks Al.

Ok, I understand. $255 it is. How would you like me to pay / get you my shipping info?

Also… I’m new to the knife community… I really like it so far. But I don’t understand the different types of steels. D2 vs CV20 vs Damascus… if you could throw in a crash course on which steels are best vs worse and why… I’d appreciate very much.

Thanks
Andrew

I can accept Pay-Pal Friends and Family.
