Gonna' be a dad!

Just wanted to throw another congratulations out there. I'm also doing the school thing and the dad thing and the full time job thing. Scheduling your time is impossible, lol, the only way I get to really study is to do it at school but if I really need the quiet time my wife will take the boy to the store or something.

One suggestion for budgeting. Buy a pack of diapers each week (doesn't matter what size as you can always exchange them later, just leave the reciept with the diapers) and a pack of wipes each month until the baby is born. Until it gets here you won't know if it'll breast feed or not and formula is expensive so anything you can get beforehand will be a big help. Also, we went and registered for the baby shower ( just like for a wedding) early in the pregnancy ( and we registered several places) you'll find if you do that people will have time and will try to get you the bigger items on your list. We got a whole bedroom furniture set and a glider.

Good to know that a bunch of you also did the whole kid and school gig. Thanks for the tips, guys! Ironically I'm going in for an education degree and my child psychology textbooks just arrived. :D
