Good Article

All I tried to do here is post a nice post about how everyday knife carry saved a life. In retrospect, I should have kept my God comment to myself. I have deleted that portion of my original post in order to not incite the “non Believers”

We are living in very strange times. Glad I’m old and won’t be around to witness the next generation as they try to live life without God

They better pray that Pollo Campera doesn’t start opening stores next to theirs. They opened up here next to a KFC and killed it dead. Chick-fil-a was dead for me from the get-go.

My local KFC is terrible tho. Anything could kill it if it opened up next to it

I drive an extra 5 miles for popeyes just to avoid it.

Unfortunately Pollo Campera seems to only be in major cities outside teh coasts. As a chicken man I would be more than willing to give it a try. Maybe next time i'm in chicago or on a coast.

If any of you have seen Breaking Bad....Seems to have taken direct inspiration from this chain. I had no idea

The corporate policies allow for the employee to possess a knife and encourage personal responsibility and the care of others . An environment that was permissive of the heroic impulse to save a life . Most businesses are not that way , in fact the opposite ! :)
