I recently completed a purchase with BF member JEFFREY for a custom folder. I've bought around 20 or so knives here at BF, and I can't remember anyone who's worked harder at making a great transaction.
The good:
- Great deal, the knife easily exceeded my expectations. Really great looking damsascus, solid knife.
- Excellent communications through the transaction. First person I've ever had mail me a picture of the shipping receipt -- what a great idea!
- Even asked me how I wanted it shipped (UPS or USPS), even though the shipping was already included in the price. He really bent over backward throughout the deal.
The bad: - nothing
The ugly: - Nothing, really, except his initial for sale description was probably too terse for his own good, as a fuller one would probably have gained him a quicker sale.
