Good Charcoal Barbeque

I just started the charcoal road last year. I bought a char griller at a garage sale in great shape for 25.00 I need the side grill for the smoker but it works great as a grill. I just bought a never used older cabellas smoker for 15.00 and can't wait ta use it. Its the upright one with the domes top- a common style. It takes time and some more work but charcoal is great flavor and worth it.

I think the char griller from home depot and the side smoker is a great start. I read reviews and forums are out there on them etc. It is as bad as knife hobbies! :)
