Good color printers?

I´m looking for a good, affordable (< $400) color printer. Speed is not much of a concern, but image quality is. I´m mainly interested in prints from digital photos.

Check out any of the photo printers offered by HP and Epson. They both make good printers, and can be had for well under $400, its the ink that will eat all your money.
