I haven't used that exact model, but my biggest complaint with other Brunton compasses was the writing on the baseplate - lettering was merely printed on the smooth plastic instead of being cut in. Also, the Brunton and Silva actions are rarely as smooth as Suunto, at least when comparing models in the same price ranges.
