I have a CRKT Lifghtfoot M1. The screws that attach the clip are different lengths depending on tip up or down carry. I wound up being one long screw short. I e-mailed them and told them I would pay for some new screws. I got an e-mail the next day saying new (and free) screws were on the way. Got them today. Prompt and curteous service. Thanks Columbia River!
