I have an amber bone gunstock made by Queen. At some point, the sheild popped out and was lost.
I emailed Queen on Monday, asking for the repair procedure.
I received a reply the next day and received the shield in the mail before the end of the week.
I am very happy with the prompt and courteous reply.
