I just wanted to take the time to post a very positive experience I had with Alpha Knife Supply. I was running behind on an order due circumstances beyond my control. I needed some steel, and very quickly. I contacted Alpha Knife Supply, www.alphaknifesupply.com , and gave them a call. I spoke with Jessica, and explained my situation to her. She said the steel listed on the website was indeed in stock, and ready to ship. I asked if they could expedite the shipment, and she said no problem.
This was the day before Thanksgiving. I requested Two Day Express Shipping, and it arrived Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Literally less than 48 hours after I placed my order, and over a holiday, no less. I received a followup phone call from Jessica, at precisely the time the mailman was pulling up. She said she had checked the tracking for me, and it was showing delievered. She was correct. The steel arrived, exactly as ordered and was packaged so well, I had to work at it to get it open.
She and Chuck also had some useful information in response to a few questions I had, and overall were very helpful. I could not ask for a better experience. I will be doing business with them again.
