When people do right by me I feel it's only right to acknowledge their efforts. Had a dealing with Arizona Custom Knives recently and I am very pleased with the overall experience. I went and bought a knife based on the pictures provided, however it turns out that due to an error on their end the knife I actually bought was not the one pictured, and the one pictured (which I really wanted) had already been sold. They acknowledged their mistake and as a conciliation they offered me another knife from the same maker. This knife was more expensive but they offered to give it to me for the same price. I accepted the offer and they even upgraded my shipping to next day air at no additional cost to me! After receiving the knife I decided that it just wasn't for me and it just wasn't the knife I had originally wanted, so I sent it back and they gave me a full refund.
I think they handled this situation just right, and even went above what it would have taken to make me happy. Two thumbs up for Arizona custom knives :thumbup::thumbup:
