My 365 has been 100% reliable, it is dated late June. Rolling changes are the norm for all manufacturers, like it or not. We either wait or roll the dice.
 
My S&W 637 has been 100% reliable even with full woodcutters and snake shot loads. No fail to feeds, fail to eject, or magazine problems.

Oh wait, it doesn't have a magazine!
