good glue for Kydex?

Has anyone found a good glue for Kydex? Something that would hold a metal belt clip onto a sheath for example?

Get yourself a quart of Dap's Weldwood Contact cement. That stuff will glue glass together. Just gotta be careful cause it can be messy.

I've not had much luck with contact cement, the only thing I would trust is a rivit.

The best I've found for Kydex is PVC cement. Two problems though. You have to use the primer for it to work and it's purple. Kydex is hard to glue and even though the cement works, I wouldn't trust it without eyelets.

peter is right, there are several things that will weld it(Methiline cloride, the PVC pipe glue. tetraclorethane(sorry, it's been 5 years I hope I got the name right, I moght not have)(anyway its the stuff that kydex sells to glue it)

but these only weld it.

Iknow of nothing that will give a trustable bond metal to plastic.

I think your best bet is a mechanical fastener.

This may be out of scope but I want to bond kydex to a sticky holster which I. Am pretty sure is neoprene. Can anyone give me a recommendation?
